Refund Eligibility

    Timeframe: Customers can request a refund within 7 working days from the date of purchase.

    Conditions: Refunds will only be processed if the service does not meet expectations, has technical issues that cannot be resolved, or is inaccessible despite customer support assistance.


Non-Refundable Cases

    We do not offer refunds for:

    Exchanges: We do not allow exchanges for different services or plans.

    Defective or Damaged Items: As our service is digital, there are no physical defects or damages applicable.

    Return Shipping: Since this is a cloud-based service, no return shipping is involved.


Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
